About this site
Eagle Ray Canyon sits along the barrier reef off Ambergris Caye, Belize's largest island, in the Belize District off the country's northeast coast. Like most sites here it is reached by boat from San Pedro, the island's main town. It is a beginner dive to a maximum depth of around 12 metres, and divers have reported eagle rays passing through the site.
