About this site
El Martillo lies off Villa Clara province on Cuba's north coast, part of the Jardines del Rey archipelago facing the Atlantic. It is reached by boat from resorts around Cayo Santa Maria and the nearby cays, and is rated an advanced wreck dive. Divers here have also reported reef sharks and sea turtles around the site.
