About this site

El Palitoa lies off the coast of Tenerife in Spain's Canary Islands, at coordinates near the island's south side. It sits over a rocky bottom and reaches a maximum depth of around 12 metres, making it a beginner-friendly dive. Barracuda are a regular sight here, and divers have also reported damselfish, eagle rays, grouper, lobster, octopus, pipefish, and sea turtles around the rocks.
