About this site
Eriyadu Outside Reef sits on the outer edge of the reef by Eriyadu island, in the northern part of North Male Atoll in the Maldives' Kaafu Atoll. This outer atoll edge faces the open channel waters, where the reef slopes away from the island toward deeper water. Divers here have reported bignose unicornfish, bluefin trevally, bluestriped snapper, Clark's anemonefish, orangespotted emperor, oriental sweetlips, powder blue tang, rockmover wrasse, and spotted porcupinefish along the reef.
