ESERS551 is an artificial reef site in the eastern end of Escambia Bay, near Pensacola on Florida's Panhandle coast. It reaches a maximum depth of around 27 metres, deeper than much of the surrounding bay, consistent with placement in one of the deeper channel areas. Artificial reef sites like this are common throughout this stretch of the Gulf coast, typically built from deployed materials to create fish habitat in the bay and nearshore waters.
