About this site
Eyuzui (鳄鱼嘴) is the reef off the Crocodile Hill headland at the south-west corner of Weizhou Island, Beihai, in 4–12 m. The shallows are all rock, so it is reached by boat despite being close to shore; fishing boats rarely work here and the coral is well preserved. Current is light, the tidal range about 5 m and visibility usually 8 m.
