Ferrybridge sits at the northern end of the Isle of Portland in Dorset, on the England's south coast, near the causeway connecting Portland to Weymouth by way of Chesil Beach. It is a shallow site, with a maximum depth of around 7 metres, which makes it a popular spot for training dives and for divers looking for an easy, sheltered entry into the water.
