About this site
This dive site off North Yorkshire coast features a dramatic underwater landscape with rocky reefs and gullies teeming with marine life. Expect strong currents that bring nutrient-rich waters, attracting cod, pollock, and lobsters. The shallow areas host colorful anemones and crabs, while deeper sections reveal impressive boulder fields. Visibility varies but can be excellent after calm weather. Suitable for experienced divers due to challenging conditions. The wreck of a trawler adds historical interest. Cold water year-round requires proper thermal protection.
