Fish Highway lies off Hon Cau, one of the small islands in the Con Dao archipelago off the southeastern coast of Vietnam, in the Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. Con Dao's waters sit within a marine protected area, and dive sites around Hon Cau are typically reached by boat from the main island.
