About this site
Frigate Bay Reef sits off the southeastern peninsula of Saint Kitts, on the Caribbean side of the island where the coastline narrows between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic. The bay itself is known primarily as a beach and resort area, with dive and snorkel outings running from operators based along the Frigate Bay strip. The reef reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated a beginner dive, making it an accessible option for divers staying in the area.
