About this site
Gangneung Underwater Park (강릉 해중공원) is a wreck and artificial-reef zone in the sea off Sacheonjin and Sageunjin, north of Gangneung. Its centrepiece is the 2,474-ton, 62 m trawler Stella (스텔라호), sunk together with the Amber 33 and other vessels and reef modules, with rock caves nearby; depths run from 10 m to 35 m. Boat access, with the deeper wrecks for advanced divers.
