The Garvellachs are a small chain of islands in the Firth of Lorn, off the west coast of Scotland between Jura and Mull, an area known for strong tidal streams funneling through the Inner Hebrides. Diving around the islands reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is generally considered an intermediate dive.
