About this site
A remote, uninhabited volcanic island in the Banda Sea north of Wetar, ringed by coral walls and famous for its resident banded sea kraits, which gather here in the hundreds. Pelagics including reef sharks, hammerheads and schooling barracuda cruise the drop-offs. (Distinct from the Gunung Api volcano at Banda Neira.)
