About this site
Hadsan, also known as Agus Bay, is a dive site within the waters of Mactan Island, about 10 minutes by boat and 4 km away. It is an easy dive along a wall covered in soft corals and many kinds of hard coral, with an array of sponges, ferns, anemones and wide schools of reef fish. Beginners enjoy it, and it works as a training area.
Visibility is usually around 20 m (60 feet). Nudibranchs are numerous, along with huge shoals of butterflyfish, angelfish and sardines, many gorgonians and sea ferns. It is a good site for underwater photography.
