About this site
Rozengain, also known locally as Hatta Island, sits in the Banda Islands group of Maluku, Indonesia, part of the volcanic archipelago southeast of Banda Neira, and is reached by boat across the Banda Sea. The Hatta cave dive here reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated technical. Divers have described narrow passageways and a pitch black environment inside the cave, along with a real risk of getting lost without careful line and route awareness.
