Helmet is a wreck dive in Palau's waters, reaching a maximum depth of around 21 metres and rated suitable for beginners. Divers have reported glassfish schooling around the structure, and the wreck itself carries the usual cautions of Palau's war-era sites: corroded metal with sharp edges, and the possibility of shell casings or unexploded ordnance still present.
