The Henry C. Daryaw lies in the St. Lawrence River near Brockville, Ontario, in the Thousand Islands region, a well known freshwater wreck diving area with several cargo ships resting along the Canadian and American channels. The wreck sits at a maximum depth of about 27.4 metres and is rated an advanced dive. The bottom here is the wreck itself, a cargo ship resting on the riverbed, and the cold water fed by Lake Ontario's outflow keeps visibility good for much of the season. Local dive operators in Brockville and Gananoque run trips out to this and the other nearby wrecks.
