About this site
Hilutugan is a marine sanctuary site off Hilutugan Island, near Lapu-Lapu City in the Mactan area of the Philippines, on the Cebu side of the central Visayas. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Its location within the Olango Island group places it along a stretch of reef and channel waters commonly used by dive operators based in Mactan.
