About this site
Hon Bac Island lies off the coast of Khanh Hoa province in south-central Vietnam, part of the island cluster near Nha Trang that includes Hon Mun and Hon Tre. This stretch of coastline sits along the South China Sea and is a common base for boat diving out of Nha Trang. The site is a wall dive reaching a maximum depth of around 10 metres, rated as a beginner dive. Divers have also reported barracuda passing along the wall here.
