About this site

The HTMS Kut wreck lies off Chon Buri province in the Gulf of Thailand, part of a cluster of former Thai navy vessels scuttled near Sattahip and Samae San to create artificial reefs, and it draws divers based out of nearby Pattaya and the eastern seaboard. The wreck reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres, rated an advanced dive, with light current and good visibility over the hull itself. Barracuda, batfish, fusiliers, grouper, lionfish, and nudibranchs are all found on the wreck, and divers have also reported angelfish, frogfish, ghost pipefish, pipefish, pufferfish, seahorses, and trevally around the site.
