About this site
This small islet in the Mozambique Channel offers vibrant coral gardens teeming with reef fish, turtles, and occasional reef sharks. The sloping reef transitions to dramatic drop-offs, with excellent visibility year-round. Currents can be strong, making it ideal for drift diving. Soft corals and sponges cover the walls, while schools of barracuda and trevally patrol the blue. The site is best suited for intermediate to advanced divers due to occasional surge. Water temperatures stay warm, averaging 26-29°C. Night dives reveal octopus and crustaceans.
