Isla Grosa is a small island off the coast of Murcia in southeastern Spain, near La Manga and the Mar Menor area on the Mediterranean side, sitting within a protected marine reserve zone along this stretch of the Costa Cálida. Diving around the island reaches a maximum depth of about 10 metres and is rated a beginner site. Divers have reported octopus and wrasse among the marine life here.
