About this site
Isla Iglesias sits within Coiba National Park, off the Pacific coast of Panama's Veraguas province, a marine protected area known for its remote position and largely uninhabited coastline. The waters around Coiba are reached mainly by boat from Santa Catalina or nearby ranger stations. The site here reaches a maximum depth of around 33.5 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported eagle rays, manta rays, and octopus around the island.
