About this site
This site sits off the Hyeres Islands (the Iles d'Hyeres, comprising Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant) along the Var coast of the French Riviera, in the western Mediterranean off Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur. The waters around these islands are known for rocky pinnacles and reefs rising from the seabed, reached by boat from ports on the Hyeres peninsula.
