About this site
Jessie Beazley Reef sits in the Sulu Sea within the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, off Palawan in the Philippines, one of the smaller reef structures in that atoll system. It reaches a maximum depth of around 50 metres and is rated as a technical dive. Access to Tubbataha is generally limited to liveaboard trips during the open season from roughly mid-March to mid-June, given its remote position far from the Palawan coast. Divers have reported strong currents around the reef, along with sightings of barracuda and tuna.
