About this site
Jupiter, Florida sits on the southeast Atlantic coast of the state, north of Palm Beach, an area known for its offshore reef ledges and wreck dive sites reachable by short boat trips out of the Jupiter Inlet. The waters here are part of the Gulf Stream corridor, which runs close to shore along this stretch of coast. The Jupiter Wreck rests on a sandy bottom at a maximum depth of around 25.9 metres, and divers have reported barracuda and grouper on the site.
