About this site
Kandooma Caves lies off Kandooma island near the channel edge of Kaafu Atoll in the Maldives, close to the resort of Kandooma Fushi. The site sits along the outer reef where the atoll drops toward the open channel, with overhangs and swim-throughs cut into the reef structure that give the site its name. It reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated an intermediate dive.
