About this site
Koh Lao Liang is a pair of small limestone islands off the coast of Trang province in southern Thailand, in the Andaman Sea, south of Ko Lanta. The islands are known locally for their sheer rock cliffs rising from the water, popular with rock climbers as well as boats visiting the surrounding coastline. The reef here tops out at around 13 metres and is rated a beginner dive, with good visibility over the reef bottom. Divers have reported fusiliers, nudibranchs, and snapper around the site.
