Nosy Mitsio is a small archipelago off the northwest coast of Madagascar, within the Diana region, sitting in the Mozambique Channel north of Nosy Be. The islands are reached mainly by boat from Nosy Be, and the surrounding waters are known for scattered granite formations and rocky outcrops rising from the channel floor.
