About this site
A good west-shore site on the Lac du Bourget for windy days: the cove formed by the cliff shelters the boat on all sides and karabiners are fixed in the wall. To the north a pleasant dive suited to autonomous Level 1–2; to the south an enormous drop-off with overhangs and small cracks. A short site, best done descending then zig-zagging back up; spawning Arctic char are guaranteed in winter.
