About this site
Liebesinsel is a wall dive on the Überlingersee, the northwestern arm of the Bodensee (Lake Constance), near Überlingen in Baden-Württemberg. This part of the lake sits close to the German shore between Überlingen and the Bodanrück peninsula, within the freshwater lake system shared by Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The site drops to a maximum depth of around 60 metres and is rated an advanced dive, with the wall itself forming the main feature as it falls away from the shallows into the depths of the lake.
