About this site
Lighthouse sits off the coast of Sabah, Malaysia, on the island of Borneo, at coordinates placing it near Kota Kinabalu. It is a shallow reef dive, reaching a maximum depth of around 8 metres, and is considered suitable for beginners. The bottom is reef throughout, and divers have reported ghost pipefish, grouper, mandarinfish, nudibranchs, scorpionfish, seahorses, and snapper on the site, making it a spot favored for slower, macro-focused diving.
