About this site
Lundy Island sits in the Bristol Channel off the coast of North Devon, within the Torridge district of England. It is a marine protected area with granite coastline and a scatter of reef dive sites around its shores, reached by boat from ports such as Bideford or Ilfracombe. Diving here reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres over a reef bottom and is generally rated intermediate. Divers have also reported wrasse among the marine life around the island's reefs.
