About this site
Magens Bay lies on the north shore of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, a sheltered inlet often noted for its calm water. As a dive site it stays shallow, reaching a maximum depth of around 6 metres, and is considered a beginner-level dive. Divers have reported angelfish, parrotfish, and wrasse around the bay, and boat traffic has also been noted as a hazard worth watching for given the bay's popularity.
