About this site
Mair Wand lies in the Kvarner Bay, off the eastern coast of Krk Island near the small island of Prvic in Croatia's Primorje-Gorski Kotar region. As a wall site in this stretch of the Adriatic, it follows the rocky shoreline between Krk and Prvic and is generally reached by boat from harbors along the Krk coast. Divers here have reported giant goby and Mediterranean rainbow wrasse among the marine life on the wall.
