This site lies among the Rock Islands off Ngemelis in Palau's Micronesia archipelago, a limestone island chain known for its channels and coral drop-offs. The area sits within a region of protected reef passages between the outer barrier and the lagoon. Divers here have reported clown triggerfish, harlequin sweetlips, midnight snapper, Moorish idols, Napoleon wrasse, orangefin and pink skunk anemonefish, pyramid butterflyfish, and whitetip reef sharks around the reef.
