About this site
Marsa Salim lies along Egypt's Red Sea coast, south of Marsa Alam. It's a shallow site, reaching a maximum depth of around 13 metres, and is considered a beginner-friendly dive over reef terrain. Divers here have reported dolphins passing through, along with moray eels and scorpionfish tucked into the reef, and sightings of sea turtles and tuna as well.
