About this site
Marselisborg lies along the Aarhus Bugt coastline just south of Aarhus, Denmark's second-largest city, on the eastern shore of the Jutland peninsula, with the Kattegat strait lying offshore. The area is known onshore for Marselisborg Forest and the royal Marselisborg Palace. The dive site itself is shallow and easy, reaching a maximum depth of around 8 metres and rated suitable for beginners. Divers have also reported waves generated by passing Molslinjen ferries as an occasional hazard here.
