About this site
Middle Cay is part of the Pedro Cays, a small group of islets off the south coast of Jamaica in the Caribbean Sea, well south of the mainland fishing town of Black River. The cays sit on the Pedro Bank, a large offshore shoal area used mainly by Jamaican fishing crews.
