About this site
A narrow fissure in the rock wall near Grande Island, Goa, this site offers dramatic swim-throughs and overhangs. Schools of snapper and barracuda hover in the blue, while moray eels peek from crevices. The crack itself is lined with soft corals and sponges. Currents can be strong, making it ideal for drift diving. Visibility varies but often reaches 15 meters. Depths range from 12 to 25 meters, suitable for intermediate divers. The surrounding area has scattered boulders hosting octopus and lobster. Best dived between October and March when seas are calm.
