Milet takes its name from the ancient city of Miletus, near the Aydin coast of western Turkey, where the Meander River once met the Aegean before centuries of silting pushed the shoreline outward. The dive site sits along this same stretch of Aegean coastline and is a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 22 metres. It is rated an advanced dive.
