About this site
Molas lies just north of Manado on the northern tip of Sulawesi, near the entrance to Bunaken National Marine Park, where the coastline drops toward the channel and reef systems of the Bunaken area. The Molas Shipwreck itself rests on a sand and wreck bottom with a maximum depth of around 41 metres, and it is rated a technical dive. The town of Manado sits just a short distance to the south.
