About this site
Molasses Wreck Reef lies in the waters off Providenciales and West Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands, rather than off Grand Turk. Divers have reported old shipwreck remains scattered around the site, along with sightings of eagle rays and grouper moving through the area. The site sits along the fringing reef system of the Caicos Bank, where the shallow shelf gives way to deeper water offshore.
