Muka Bukide

This dive site off Siau Island features dramatic volcanic topography with steep walls and black sand slopes. Expect strong currents that attract pelagics like barracuda, trevally, and occasional reef sharks. The site's volcanic origin creates unique formations covered in vibrant soft corals and sponges. Macro life thrives here, with rare nudibranchs and crustaceans hiding in the dark substrate. Visibility varies but often exceeds 20 meters. Suitable for experienced divers due to currents, offering thrilling drift dives along nutrient-rich drop-offs. Night dives reveal octopus and hunting predators. Water temperatures stay warm year-round.
