Mwanyaza

Mwanyaza is a reef dive site off Diani, on Kenya's south coast along the Indian Ocean, in the Kwale area south of Mombasa. It reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is generally considered an intermediate dive. Divers have reported a wide range of life here, including angelfish, butterflyfish, fusilier, snapper, parrotfish and stingrays, along with smaller finds like frogfish, ghost pipefish, mantis shrimp, nudibranchs and octopus tucked into the reef. Lobster and scorpionfish have also been spotted, and sea turtles pass through the area as well.
