About this site
This wreck dive off Brazil’s coast sits near Laje de Santos, a marine sanctuary teeming with life. The sunken Moreia rests at 25 meters, encrusted with colorful corals and sponges. Schools of barracuda, groupers, and occasional rays patrol the wreck. Strong currents attract pelagics, making it ideal for advanced divers. Visibility often exceeds 20 meters, revealing the intact structure surrounded by rocky reefs. Depths vary, offering thrilling swim-throughs. The site is part of a protected area, ensuring rich biodiversity. Best dived November to April when conditions are optimal.
