About this site
Rated one of the best shore-accessible dives in Australia — a working jetty whose pylons have become an artificial reef of extraordinary density. Divers weave between the legs among schooling trevally and batfish, wobbegong and grey nurse sharks resting on the bottom, octopus, nudibranchs and vast numbers of fish crammed onto the structure. Access is controlled (naval land) and tides matter; the diving itself suits most certified divers.
