About this site
Northwest Point lies at the northwestern tip of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where the shallow bank drops sharply into the surrounding Atlantic and Caribbean waters. This part of the island is known for its steep wall formations following the edge of the reef shelf, and the site itself is a wall dive reaching a maximum depth of around 30 metres. It is rated technical, reflecting the depth and the sheer drop-off encountered here. Dive operators based out of Providenciales commonly run trips to this corner of the island.
