Nose Reef lies in the Caribbean Sea off the coast of Saint Joseph on Dominica's western shore, in the Lesser Antilles. The reef sits along the island's volcanic coastline and is typically reached by a short boat trip from nearby dive operators. It reaches a maximum depth of around 30.5 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported hammerhead sharks and nurse sharks in the area, though sightings of either are not routine.
