About this site
Nursery Cove sits off Aorangi Island near Matapouri, on the Tutukaka Coast of Northland, New Zealand. This stretch of coastline is known for its rocky offshore islands and is a common launch point for boat dives out of Tutukaka. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have also reported sea turtles here.
